What is the delivery time of my order?
Normal delivery time for any order is two weeks.  However, we can expedite orders for an additional charge.

Can you help me write the message on my plaque?
We can help.  However, all text must be e-mailed or faxed by the customer to us as final approval.

How much is shipping?
For your benefit, we have instituted a per order shipping charge.  If you order one $100 plaque, that is less expensive to ship than if you ordered five $20 plaques.  Therefore, your shipping charge will be off of size, shape and weight of your order, not the total dollar amount of your order.

Do you charge for engraving?
We do. There is a 10 cents per letter charge for all engraving, which is less than most engravers.

Can you put our logo on a plaque?
We can if you have the logo as a digital image, (bitmap or .bmp). If you do not have a bitmap of your logo, we can create one for you.  We only charge $40.00 per hour to do this for you.
